Serving to empower communities with both age-old and contemporary practices to self-manage stress and live a healthier lifestyle, private and group community sessions include gentle yoga, controlled breathing techniques, meditation, guided relaxation and goal setting.

  • 90-minute group session - $30pp (min 15/max 200 pax) + travel

  • Sliding pricing scale for 30+ participants

  • Take-home program notes provided
